An All-New England performer in two seasons at UNH, Henry Spellman was also a familiar name on the All-Tri-State, All-Eastern Intercollegiate and All-Collegiate Track Conference teams during his career with the men’s track and field team.

He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1988 with four UNH records to his name, with his outdoor (14.83m) marks in the triple jump still standing through January 2016 as the top performances in program history. Spellman also owned long jump and triple jump records at numerous meets and facilities throughout New England.
