Andrew Ghataora fell in love with esports in high school when watching League of Legends Season 1 Championship at Dreamhack Summer 2011. Two years later, Ghataora joined the United States Marine Corps where he served in many different leadership roles. During this time, Ghataora continued to follow many different game titles and his passion for esports grew.
After serving nine years in the Marines, Ghataora was accepted to the University of New Haven in the fall of 2022. Ghataora has always had a passion for esports and wanted to assist the varsity team in any way that he could. He was able to secure a role as Team Manager for the team to able to help him pursue future career as a director for a collegiate esports program. Ghataora also has a passion for education and hopes to be able to be a professor in esports academics.
Ghataora is currently a senior, graduating in the spring of 2024. He is majoring in esports and gaming and will be applying to the esports business graduate program at University of New Haven following his graduation. Outside of playing video games, Ghataora enjoys spending time with his family, playing fantasy sports, and working out.
