University of New Haven Athletics

A former Division I golfer and having worked in the industry for over a decade, Evan DeLuca was named the University of New Haven Head Men’s and Women’s Golf Coach in July 2024. DeLuca comes to West Haven following the last five years working with Arccos Golf as a Customer Service Representative and Partnerships Manager.

Prior to working with Arccos, DeLuca was pursuing a professional career in golf while also serving as the Assistant Golf Pro at the Bayonne Golf Club in New Jersey where he managed all aspects of golf shop operations while also scheduling outings and tournaments at the course.

A 2015 graduate of Iona College, DeLuca was a member of the golf team, serving as a team captain for his senior campaign in 2014-15. On the course, DeLuca was a two-time All-Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference honoree as a junior and senior in 2014 and 2015.
