THE LEAD
With one win under its belt and returning to the friendly confines of DellaCamera Stadium, the New Haven field hockey team is looking to start its next win streak when they return to action on Saturday night, hosting the Southern New Hampshire Penmen. All of the action, will kick off at 7:00 p.m. under the lights, with all of the action available live on the Charger Sports Network on NE10 NOW using the link to the right.

SERIES HISTORY VS SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE
The all-time series between the Chargers and Penmen consists of a single game in each of the three previous years New Haven has fielded a team with the Penmen winning all three of those contests. The Blue and Gold host the Penmen for the third time in the series. Over the three previous meetings, the Chargers have only mustered a single goal, which came in the inagaural meeting, with SNHU outscoring the Chargers 20-1 overall.

SCOUTING THE CHARGERS
After scoring seven goals to set a program record just three games ago, the Chargers once again put on a scoring showcase in their most recent outing, a 6-0 win over crosstown rival Southern Connecticut. In that outing, a pair of Chargers scored two goals apiece with Sophie Schreck (Madison, Conn./Daniel Hand) leading all scorers with two scores and an assist which came on one of the two goals scored by freshman Abby Nixon (Wrentham, Mass./King Phillip Regional). Two other Chargers scored their first goals of the season against the Owls; Morgan McCarty (Uxbridge, Mass./Uxbridge) and Natalie Carter (Philadelphia, Pa./Saint Basil Academy). For the season, 11 different players have found the back of the cage, led by Schreck who has now scored five times and also assisted on a pair of goals for 12 points total. Senior Alexis Rider (Delran, N.J./Delran) is second on the team with four goals while Nixon and senior Reilly Bialko (Shickshinny, Pa./Northwest Area) have each tallied a trio of goals. In the cage, graduate transfer Keira Integlia (Branford, Conn./Branford) has played every minute between the pipes with 57 saves to her credit.

SCOUTING THE PENMEN
Struggling to find the win column, SNHU enters Saturday night with a single victory in their eight games, with the lone win coming in conference play against Franklin Pierce. Among the seven losses is just a single shutout which came last time out against Saint Anselm. The Penmen haven't had much of an issue finding the back of the cage, scoring at least a pair of goals in each of their first six games. Leading the way in the scoring column is a rookie, Swedish native Annemartine Christmas who has tallied six of SNHU's 16 total goals. Overall, eight different players have all scored at least once, with three of those adding a pair of scores. In the cage, graduate student Kate Pigsley has started and played every minute in goal, collecting 65 saves while allowing 30 goals.

INTEGLIA NAMED TO NE10 WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Following a week where she racked up 22 saves, including back-to-back eight save outings against Pace and West Chester, graduate transfer goalkeeper Keira Integlia (Branford, Conn./Branford) was named to the NE10's weekly honor roll on Monday, September 20. Integlia is the second player to earn the honor after senior Alexis Rider (Delran, N.J./Delran) picked up the distinction last week after a two-goal performance against Saint Michael's.
