THE LEAD
The Chargers will put their unbeaten NE10 record on the line on Sunday afternoon when they travel north to Rindge, N.H. for a date with the Franklin Pierce Ravens. New Haven has a pair of conference wins already this season, defeating Saint Michael's at home and Pace on the road, both in shutout fashion. The NE10 battle against the Ravens is scheduled for a 2:00 p.m. start with all of the action available live on NE10 NOW using the link to the right.

SERIES HISTORY VS FRANKLIN PIERCE
New Haven and Franklin Pierce meet for the fifth time in the history of the series with the Ravens holding a perfect 4-0 record against the Chargers. New Haven has been unable to muster a goal against Franklin Pierce in the four previous meetings, being outscored by the Ravens 17-0 all combined. In 2019, the two teams met twice, on back-to-back days, with Franklin Pierce earning a 3-0 victory in each of the two match-ups.

SCOUTING THE CHARGERS
New Haven returns to conference play after a one-game hiatus from league action to host the No. 2 West Chester Golden Rams, holding their head coach's alma mater to just one goal over the 60 minutes of action. It was a major defensive stand for the Blue and Gold as they faced a litany of shots (21 total) with goalkeeper Keira Integlia (Branford, Conn./Branford) stopping eight of those attempts that were on goal. Those eight saves for Integlia matched her season-high she set just 24 hours prior in the 1-0 shutout of Pace. Overall for the season, New Haven's offense has been led by seniors Alexis Rider (Delran, N.J./Delran) and Reilly Bialko (Shickshinny, Pa./Northwest Area) who have scored three and two goals, respectively. Fellow classmate Taylor Geaglone (Enfield, Conn./Enfield) has added two assists which leads her squad.

SCOUTING THE RAVENS
Franklin Pierce enters Sunday looking for their first conference win of the year, standing at 1-4 overall and 0-3 in league play. The lone victory on the year for the Ravens came on Friday afternoon, a 5-1 decision over Mercyhurst. Two of the league losses for the Ravens came by a single goal differential, both 3-2 decisions against American International and Southern Connecticut, the first of those coming in extra time. They also dropped a 5-0 decision to Saint Michael's. For the season, the Ravens are led by senior forward Feline van Doorn (4) and sophomore midfielder Anna Beck (3) who have combined for seven of the teams 10 total goals. In the cage, the Ravens switched to rookie Addy Araneo for their most recent game with the freshman earning the victory against Mercyhurst. Junior MacKenzie Potvin started the four previous games, stopping 27 shots on the season.

RIDER NAMED TO NE10 WEEKLY HONOR ROLL
Following her two goal performance against Saint Michael's in the NE10 opener, senior forward Alexis Rider (Delran, N.J./Delran) was one of eight players named to the NE10's weekly honor roll of top players across the league in the week prior. Rider is the first Charger to be recognized by the conference this season. Click Here for the full weekly report.
