Shorthanded Chargers Erase 15 Point Deficit; Fall Short 61-64

WEST HAVEN, CONN. - The University of New Haven women's basketball team dropped their first game of the new year after nearly a month away from the court, a 61-64 loss to the Stonehill Skyhawks. After coming just short of an incredible comeback, the Chargers drop their sixth NE10 conference game of the season and fall to 5-7. It was Alyssa Stevenson (Watertown, N.Y./South Jefferson Central), who led the team in rebounds, however, grabbing 12 boards and putting up seven points while coming off bench.
