Scouting the Chargers

On the road the Blue and Gold committed their least amount of turnovers this season, six. However five were executed in the final ten minutes, losing the ball in crucial minutes contributed to their seven-point deficit.
Quashawn Lane (Trenton, N.J./Trenton Catholic Academy), New Haven's second-best scorer, set a new season-best 21 points last game. Factored into the equation were nine field goals and a 66 percent three-point percentage. Lane is third in the conference when shooting from outside the arc; shooting with 45.7 percent accuracy.

Majur Moves up the Charts
Majur Majak (Poughkeepsie, N.Y.) set a new personal record with 17 rebounds last game. His previous high was 10, which he hit on three separate occasions. This performance on defense improved his average from 6.9 rebounds per game to 7.5 - which is eight in the NE10.
Against Saint Anselm this past Wednesday, Majak blocked four of the Hawks shots. These four swats brought him to 50 this season. He now sits 10th in Charger history for most blocks in a single season. In first place is Eric Anderson with 75, but with Majak averaging 3.1 per game, and nine regular season games left, he is on track to meet this record.
