Twenty-Two Presented NE10 Presidents’ Award for Academic Excellence

FULL NORTHEAST-10 RELEASE

MANSFIELD, Mass. –
Twenty-two University of New Haven student-athletes, representing 10 sports, were presented with the Northeast-10 Presidents' Award for Academic Excellence as announced by the league on Monday.

The NE10 Presidents' Award for Academic Excellence is presented to graduating student-athletes who have attain the Latin honor of Magna Cum Laude or better and have participated in at least two season of NE10 competition at the time of graduation. The award is designed to reflect the NCAA's Presidents' Award for Academic Excellence which honors institutions who achieve an academic success rate of 90% or higher.

Overall, the Northeast-10 Conference presented 254 Presidents' Award for Academic Excellence to student-athletes from each of the league's full-time institutions as well as its four associate member schools. As an institution, Bently University led the way with 42 honorees.
