Chargers Fall Short in The Quarterfinals to Assumption

West Haven, Conn.- Aniya McDonald-Perry (Middletown, Conn./Putnam Science Academy) finishes with a double double as the Chargers fall short in the quarter finals to Assumption in overtime 57-54. Chargers will await a possible at large bid with the selection show on Sunday March 9 at 10:30 pm.
 
A trio of Chargers finished the game in double figures McDonald- Perry leading the way with 17 points on shooting 6-for-9 from the field. McDonald-Perry added 12 rebounds as well. Junior Lindsay Hogan (Bayville, N.Y./Locust Valley) added 11 points.  Senior Charlotte Bassett (Glastonbury, Conn./Glastonbury) also finish the game with 11 points Bassett did this on 4-of-9 shooting, perfect from behind the arc.
