2020 Season:
2020 cross country season cancelled due to CoVID-19 Pandemic ... Earned Academic Excellence accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll and named to the New Haven Dean's List following the fall 2020 semester.

2019 Season:
Competed at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational and the Bruce Kirsh XC Cup.

2018 Season:
Competed at the NCAA DII Cross Country Championships (6.21 miles/40:41.1)…Finished with a time of 30:16.6 at the Northeast 10 Conference Championships…Set an 8K personal record of 30:04.9 at the James Earley Invitational.

2017 Season:
Ran in five races for the Chargers…Completed his first collegiate 5K in 19:33.0 at the Trinity College Invitational (9/9)…Ran his 8K personal-best in 30:24.3 in the Northeast-10 Conference Championships (10/22)…Ran his first collegiate 10K in 41:59.6 at the NCAA Division II East Region Championships (11/4).

High School:
Was named the Most Valuable Player for outdoor track during his senior season... Was named Most Improved Player for indoor track during his senior season... Received the Kiwanis Sportsmanship Award during his sophomore year.

Personal:
Son of Issac Marquez Sr. and Maria Quintero... Has two sisters, Guadalupe and Rosie.
