2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY: Named to the Northeast-10 All-Conference Second Team after finishing 10^th at the NE10 Championship to lead all Chargers at the meet … Posted a season-best time of 25:48.3 on an 8k course at the conference championship … Posted a career-best finish at the NCAA East Regional, finishing 14th overall with a time of 31:47.8 on the 10k course … Finished a pair of meets in the top-10, the Wesleyan Cardinal Invitational (fourth) and the James Early Invitational (ninth).

2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY: Named to the Northeast-10 All-Conference Second Team after finishing 10th overall at the NE10 Championships to lead all Charger runners at the meet … Posted a time of 25:26.9 on the course at Saint Michael’s College … Overall, competed in all six meets during his rookie cross country season … Opened up the year finishing second for the Chargers in the first three meets before taking over as the top finished in the final three meets including the NE10 Championship and the NCAA East Regionals where he finished 36th in a field of 146 runners with a time of 33:36.8 … Overall, posted three top-15 finishes on the season, including opening up his career with a 12th place finish at the Wesleyan Cardinal Invitational with a time of 19:43.5 … Also finished 14th overall at the Adelphi Short Course Meet with a time of 15:50.7.
