2023: Earned Academic Honors (Fall 2023) and Academic Distinction (Spring 2024) accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll … Made an appearance in six games, starting the first four games of the season … Finished the season with three tackles to his credit, all unassisted tackles which came in the season opener against Frostburg State (Aug. 31) … Also added a pair of pass breakups to his credit, both of which came against Lincoln-Calif. (Oct. 7).

Before New Haven: Transferred to New Haven from Frostburg State University where he was a member of the football for two seasons … Appeared in six games for the Bobcats, collecting two solo tackles, both of which came in 2022 … Transferred to Frostburg after spending two years at Lafayette College.

High School: Played four seasons of varsity football for the Wildcats of Walter Johnson High School … Served as a team captain for two seasons … Earned First-Team All-Montgomery County after finishing his senior season with 1,129 all-purpose yards and 10 touchdowns … Selected as the team MVP in 2017 … Also a two-year member of the track and field team as a sprinter and long jumper.

Personal: Son of Oumou Diarrassouba … Has one older sister, Marie-Solene … Pursuing a Master of Science in sport management.
