2023: Earned Academic Honors (Fall 2023) and Academic Distinction (Spring 2024) accoladed on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll and named to the New Haven Dean’s List following the spring semester … Made an appearance in all 11 games, starting in the final four games of the season including the NCAA playoff game against Charleston (Nov. 18) … Closed out the season with 25 tackles, 10th most on the team, including 10 solo tackles and 15 assisted tackles … Among his 25 tackles were 4.5 tackles for loss for a total of 18 yards, with the 4.5 TFL tied for second most on the team … Included in his 4.5 TFL was two sacks for a total of 14 yards, while he also added one breakup and two quarterback hurries … Finished with at least one tackle in nine of the 11 total games, setting a season-high with seven on the road against Pace (Nov. 4) … Among the seven tackles against the Setters was 1.5 TFL, which included one sack for five yards … His other sack came as his lone TFL, which was part of three total tackles, against Lincoln-Calif. High School: Played three years of varsity football for the Falcons of Xavier High School … Also a member of the track and field team where he served as team captain for three seasons … Three times named All-Southern Connecticut Conference and one tabbed All-State all for track and field where he threw the shotput and discus.
