2013-2014 Season: Indoor Track: Placed sixth in the shot put at the Elm City Duel Challenge with a distance of 9.95-meters… Ran the 60-meter dash at the 2014 Yale Collegiate Invitational with a time of 7.90… Jumped 6.75-meters to place seventh at the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championship long jump…Outdoor Track: Ran the 100-meter Dash at the 4^th Annual Yellow Jacket Invitational with a time of 12.19…Placed fifth at the Northeast-10 Outdoor Track and Field Championship long jump with a distance of 6.76-meters.

2012-2013 Season: Indoor Track: Finished eighth in the triple jump with a distance of 12.15 at the Giegengack Invitational… Outdoor Track: At the UCONN Men’s Invitational finished ninth in the long jump with a distance of 6.49

2011-2012 Season: Indoor Track: Tallied a sixth place finish at the Yale Invitational in the long jump with a distance of 6.15m…At the Northeast-10 Conference Championship collected a 10^th place finish in the long jump with a season-best 6.34m. Outdoor Track: At the Northeast-10 Conference Outdoor Championship, collected an eighth place finish I the long jump with a season-best distance of 6.57m and a tenth place finish in the triple jump with a distance of 12.08m.

High School: Attended Lyman Hall High School in Wallingford, Conn…Was the state pole vault champion in 2011…Named the Lyman Hall Track MVP…Also competed in gymnastics…Graduated with High Honors.

Personal: Son of Jackie and George Valalik…Has one brother, Michael and one sister, Erinn…Majoring in Mechanical Engineering at New Haven.
