2013-2014 Season: Indoor Track: Participated in the long jump at the Elm City Duel Challenge and cleared a distance of 5.90 meters… At the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Invitational, cleared a height of 2.08 meters in the high jump to place second… Ran the 200-meter dash in 24.35 seconds at the 2014 Giegengack Invitational…Outdoor Track: At the Shamrock Invitational ran the 400-meter hurdles in 1:01.65…Competed in the 200-meter dash at the George Davis Track and Field Invitational and finished with a time of 24.59 seconds…Placed second in the high jump at the 1^st Annual Mark Young Invitational with a height of 2.04 meters…Participated in the long jump and cleared a height of 6.61 meters at the 4^th Annual Yellow Jacket Invitational.

2011-2012 Season: U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Men’s Co Indoor Track Athlete of the Year…U.S Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region Team…Northeast-10 Conference Athletes of the Week (4/30).  Indoor Track: Tallied four first place finishes in the high jump event throughout the season, including a first place finish at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship with a season-best height of 2.20m… Tallied a third place finish in the long jump event at the Yale Invitational with a distance of 6.62m…Collected a third place finish at the New England Championship in the high jump event with a height of 2.09m.  Outdoor Track: Tallied a third place finish at the Northeast-10 Conference Outdoor Championship in the high jump with a height of 2.00m…Also finished first place at the New England Championship in the high jump event with a season-best height of 2.11m.

2010-2011 Season: NE-10 Rookie of the Week (5/18)…Indoor Track: Took second in high jump at the SCSU Alumni Meet…Finished first in long jump at the NE-10 Championships with a distance of 6.02m…Also claimed second in the high jump with a season-high 2.06m…At the New England Championships, finished 10th in high jump…Outdoor Track: Took first place in high jump at the Springfield College Invitational …Finished third in the high jump at the Yale Track Spring Track Classic…Took fifth place in the high jump at the NE-10 Championships…Also finished eighth at the NE-10 Championships in the long jump with a distance of 6.64m…Captured second place at the New England Championships in high jump with a season-best 2.05m…Also took 20th at the New England Championships in long jump with a distance of 6.24m.

High School: A member of the track and field and basketball team at Notre Dame High School…Named to the All-American team in 2009-10…Selected to the All-New England team as a junior and senior…Earned a selection to the Connecticut All-State teams all four years…Named to the All-Area teams from 2007-10…Recorded a career high of 6’10” in the high jump in the 2009-10 season.
