2013-2014 Season: Indoor Track: Ran the 400-meter dash at the Northeast-10 Indoor Track and Field Championships and posted a time of 52.60 seconds…Outdoor Track: At the 1^st Annual Mark Young Invitational, competed in the 200-meter dash and the 400-meter run with times of 24.05 seconds and 53.39 seconds, respectively.

2012-2013 Season: Indoor Track: At the Northeast-10 Indoor Championship, finished ninth in the 4,000-distance medley with a time of 10:55.77… Outdoor Track: Finished with a time of 24.04 seconds in the 200-meter at the Tribe Invitational…At the Northeast-10 Outdoor Track & Field Championship, finished fourth in the 4x100 relay with 43.67 seconds and finished with a time of 51.72 seconds in the 400-meter…At the NEICAAA Outdoor Championship, finished with a time of 3:21.77 in the 4x400 relay.

2011-2012 Season:  Indoor Track: At the Yale Season Opener took 24^th place in the 400m dash with a time of 54.93…Finished 19^th at the Giengengack Invitational in the 400m dash with a time of 55.31.  Outdoor Track: At the Yale Springtime Invitational took 21^st place in the 400m dash with a time of 54.59…Tallied a 17^th place finish at the UConn Invitational in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:51.62.

High School: Attended Platt Technical High School in Milford, Conn…Also ran cross-country and played football.

Personal: Son of Barbara and Joseph Kingston…Has one brother, Jerimiah…Majoring in Fire Administration at New Haven.
