2010-2011 Season: NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll…Indoor Track: Captured two first place finishes at the Yale Lid Lifter Invitational, finishing the 60m dash with a time of 6.93 and clocking in at 22.26 in the 200m dash…Competed at the NE-10 Championships, taking fifth in the 200m dash with a season-best time of 22.15 and finishing in fourth with a time of 6.50 in the 55m dash. Outdoor Track: At the Ramapo College Invitational, grabbed two first place finished, clocking in at 10.79 in the 100m dash and crossing the finish at 21.98 in the 200m dash…Finished fourth at the NE-10 Championships, finishing with a time of 11.18 in the 100m dash…Finished third in both the 100m dash with a time of 11.04 and the 200m dash with a time of 22.25 at the New England Championships. 

2009-10 Season: Indoor Track: Finished first in the 55m dash at the Southern Connecticut State University Alumni Invitational with a time of 6.39…Captured the gold in the 60m dash at the Yale Lid Lifter Invitational with a time of 6.88…Also defeated the rest of the field at the Yale Lid Lifter Invitational in the 200m dash with a time of 21.89.

2008-09 Season: Outdoor Track: Men’s East Region Track Athletes of the Year by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA)...University of New Haven Rookie of the year...2009 Northeast-10 Outdoor Champion in the 100m and is ranked first in the East region in the 200m and third in the 100m...Finished first five times in the 100m dash and finished 13th at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships (10.75)... Broke school records in both the 100m (10.62) and 200m (20.96). Indoor Track: Freshman of the year in the NE-10 Conference...All New England 200m Champion...Broke school records in the 60m and 200m (21.41)...Finished first in the 55m dash at the New England Championships on February 27-28 with a time of 6.39...Season-best time of 50.08 in the 400m dash at the Lafayette/Rider Invitational on February 13.

High School: Set school records in the 100 and 200-meter dashes...Honors student...Member of Christian Club, Music Club and Gospel Choir.

Personal: Son of Kevin Downing and Magalis Robles...Has two brothers, Shaquilte and Elijah...Majoring in Criminal Justice/Psychology at New Haven.
