2010-2011 Season: Northeast-10 Conference Winter All-Academic Team…Academic All-Conference Honors…NE-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll…Indoor Track: Took fourth at the SCSU Alumni Meet in pole vault with a height of 3.65m…A the NE-10 Championships, finished fifth in pole vault with a season-best 3.95m. Outdoor Track: Took seventh in pole vault at the UMass Lowell’s George Davis Invitational…Competed in the NE-10 Championships, taking sixth in pole vault with a height of 3.95m…With a season-high 4.05m, took 16th at the New England Championships. 

2009-10 Season: Indoor Track: Competed in the Yale Lid Lifter Invitational’s pole vaulting event, collecting ninth place with a height of 3.52m…Recorded 21st place in the 200m dash at the Yale Lid Lifter Invitational…Posted a time of 27.32 in the 200m dash at the URI Sorlein Invitational. Outdoor Track: Finished 4th in the pole vaulting event at the Springfield Invitational…Snatched eighth place at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships in the pole vault (3.95m)…Captured 10th and 12th place at the Coast Guard and George Davis Invitational’s…Registered a season best 26.41 in the 200m dash at the Coast Guard Invitational.

2008-09 Season: Indoor Track: Finished sixth in the pole vault at the NE-10 Conference Championships on February 21 with a height of 3.35m...Also competed in the 200m dash and recorded a time of 27.51 at the Yale Giegengack Invitational on February 6-7. Outdoor Track: Finished ninth with a season-best distance of 3.44m in the pole vault at the Springfield College Invitational on April 18...Also competed in the 200m dash and recorded a time of 26.97 at the Springfield College Invite.

High School: Captain of track and field team as a senior...All-Conference as a senior...Placed fourth at the state meet as a junior...Also played soccer...High Honor Roll student...Graduated fourth in class...Member of Student Council, DECA and National Honors Society.

Personal: Son of Patrick and Pamela Lambert...Has one brother, Lance...Career ambition is to become a forensic lab director.
