2010-2011 Season: Indoor Track: At the Yale Lid Lifter Invitational, placed seventh with a time of 2:56.81 in the 1000m run…Posted a time of 9:54.94 in the 3000m event to come in 11th at the Lafayette/Rider Invitational…At the NE-10 Championships, finished 24th with a time of 10:03.89 in the 3000m run. Outdoor Track: Recorded a time of 17:23.26 in the 5000m run to finish 16th at the Springfield College Invitational…At the Yale Spring Track Classic, finished the 5000m event with a time of 17:32.31. Cross Country: At the Fairfield University Invitational, completed the 8k with a time of 30:55 to place 31st.

High School: Attended Sachem High School East for four years…Earned two varsity letters in track and field and cross country…A Richard Van Norr Outstanding Athlete nominee…Also a recipient of the Golden Key Award…Named to the All-Conference team in 2010.
