“Coach Holub” became the Director of Esports in 2023, after being part of the varsity program staff since its inception in 2018-19.

Within esports, Holub has had the privilege to be in the original meetings to discuss launching the ecosystem at UNewHaven from the undergrad & grad degrees, varsity program, The Stable planning (and naming, wahoo!!), recruiting, helping to create partnerships, and was a contributing author to the first Esports Management textbook.

His coaching career spanned 14 years at the youth, high school, and collegiate lacrosse levels, including being the all-time winning-est coach in UNewHaven Men’s Lacrosse history.
