Entering his first season as the offensive line coach at the University of New Haven in 2024, Adrian Brunori takes over a unit that has been among the best in the nation in Division II during the tenure of head coach Chris Pincince.
Brunori comes to West Haven following a two-year stint as the offensive line coach at Long Island University and an one-year stint as an offensive line graduate assistant with the Syracuse Orange. While with the Sharks, Brunori was responsible for game plans for both the run game and pass protection, while also serving as the recruiting coordinator for the Eastern Pennsylvania, Central New Jersy and Long Island recruiting zones.
Individually, Brunori tutored a pair of players to Northeast Conference honors including Tedi Kushi who was named the 2022 NEC Offensive Lineman of the Year along with All-Conference Frist Team distinction. Additionally, Jake Timm scored NEC All-Conference Second Team accolades following the 2023 season.
Prior to Syracuse, he spent six seasons as an analyst and graduate assistant with Coastal Carolina. While with the Chanticleers, the football program continued an upward trajectory, culminating in a 10-1 season that saw the program reach a program-best No. 14 ranking in the final Associated Press poll.
A native of Clarks Summit, Pa., Brunori played two seasons as the center for the UAlbany Great Danes. In addition to a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from UAlbany ’15, Brunori holds grade degrees in instructional technology from Costal Carolina ’19 and instructional design, development and education from Syracuse ’21.
