A seasoned tight ends coach, Dan Parady joined the New Haven coaching staff prior to the 2022 season, working with the tight ends.

Additionally, Parady is a 1991 graduate of SCSU, playing four seasons with the Owls, racking up eight touchdowns and finishing two seasons second on the team among receivers.
