Dave Paganetti begins his 15th overall season with the University of New Haven in 2021. In two previous stints at New Haven, the coaching veteran spent eight years as an assistant with the Chargers. He will work primarily with the defensive line.
Paganetti’s most recent work prior to re-joining the Chargers was with Central Connecticut State University where he spent four seasons working with the defense. He assisted with the defensive line after working three seasons with the Blue Devil secondary.
The long-time coaching veteran has over 30 years of experience at all levels, including collegiate, semi-pro and professional. Paganetti spent six seasons as an assistant coach at Bryant University after working the 1999 season at Bridgewater State. He also held similar positions at Lehigh, Princeton, Brown and Southern Connecticut.
Paganetti and his wife, Doreen, have five children: Alicia, David, Rob, Allison and Briana.
