A four-year starter on the offensive line for New Haven, Eliot Leubner returns to the sidelines at DellaCamera Stadium as the Director of Football Operations.

A team captain in 2017, Leubner was named to the Northeast-10 First Team All-Conference following his senior campaign, the fourth-straight year he earned a spot on a postseason team. Additionally, Leubner was one of two Chargers who received All-New England honors following the season.

With the Blue and Gold, Leubner started every game in his career on the offensive line where he helped the Chargers rack up top-three scoring offense honors all four seasons.
