Tafe enters his first full season as the cornerbacks coach with New Haven Football.

Prior to this role, he worked at Tiffin University as the Assistant Defensive Backs Coach, where his contributions helped the team achieve top defensive rankings in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference.

Tafe began his coaching career at St. Thomas More School. There, he held various coaching roles, including Defensive Coordinator, Special Teams Coordinator, and Pass Game Coordinator. He also gained experience in player development, implemented advanced defensive schemes, and coordinated recruitment efforts.

A standout safety at New Haven from 2017-2021, Tafe was a two-time All-Conference selection and ranks among the top in school history for interceptions.

Tafe holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the University of New Haven and is pursuing his MBA in Sports Management at Tiffin University.
