2022: One of two pitchers in the starting rotation … Started and pitched in 20 total games, throwing the complete game in 18 … Finished the season with a staff best 10 wins, throwing one shutout, which came against Saint Rose (Apr. 9) … Threw a total of 123 innings, allowing 64 earned runs, 77 total, for a 3.64 earned run average … Surrendered 142 hits and struck out 60 batters … Also finished with seven hits in 52 at bats, driving in a pair of runs, with one of those hits a triple ... Earned Academic Distinction accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll and named to the New Haven Dean's List following both the fall and spring semesters.

2020: Earned Academic Excellence (Fall) and Academic Distinction (Spring) accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll and named to the New Haven Dean’s List following both semesters … Started in all six games and made a pair of appearances in the circle prior to the season being suspended due to CoVID19 … Finished with one hit and a pair of RBI at the plate in her shortened rookie campaign … Also registered a team-high six walks in the first six games … Her second RBI of the season came in the lone home game against Southern Connecticut (Mar. 5) when she drove in the game-winning run with a two-out extra-inning clutch single that pushed Mya Case across the plate as the sunset over the New Haven softball field … Her first appearance in the circle came in relief against West Georgia (Feb. 8) where she pitched two-third of an inning with one strikeouts … Made her first collegiate start in the circle against Angelo State (Feb. 9), pitching six innings and allowing four runs, two earned, on six hits and struck out seven batters.
Summer 2019: Participated with her sister, Katrina, on the Peruvian National Team for the Pan American Games which were held in Lima, Peru.
Personal: Daughter of Denise and Carlos Aponte … Has on sister, Katrina, who graduated after a three-year career with the New Haven softball team ... Received a Bachelor of Science in health Sciences in May 2022 … Currently pursuing Master of Public Health.
