Matt Holt joined Ted Hotaling’s staff in 2012 and enters his second season with the Chargers this winter. Holt was most recently an assistant at Rhode Island College.
At Rhode Island, Holt helped guide the Anchormen to a 23-7 record and an appearance in the Second Round of the NCAA Division III Tournament. In addition to on-court instruction, his responsibilities included scouting, coordinating team travel and practice scheduling, as well as monitoring the academic progress of his student-athletes.
As an undergraduate at Northeastern University, Holt was the Huskies’ head student assistant and video coordinator. He also assisted in preparing the team’s travel arrangements. Holt graduated from Northeastern in May of 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and a minor in History.
