Thomas Baudinet enters his first season as an assistant coach with the Chargers. Baudinet will serve as the Coordinator of Player Development.

A 2011 graduate of Saint Anselm, Baudinet was an All-American guard for the Hawks basketball team. A three-time captain, he graduated third all-time in scoring with 1,957 career points, after averaging a Northeast-10 Conference best 22.1 per game as a senior. His 18.8 points-per-game average for his career is the second best in Saint Anselm men’s basketball history.

Following his senior campaign, Baudinet was named to the Daktronics All-America Third Team and the State Farm/NABC All-America Team after earning Northeast-10 Conference Player of the Year and First Team All-Conference accolades. He also received the league’s Scholar-Athlete Sport Excellence Award and was name the ECAC co-Player of the Year and an ECAC First Team All-Star.

Following his graduation, Baudinet was drafted by the Iowa Energy in the NBA D-League Draft. He would eventually close out his D-League career in 2013 with the Springfield Armor before beginning an international playing career, most recently with the ETB Wohnbau in Germany.
