University of New Haven Athletics

A four-year NCAA tournament participant at Southern Connecticut State University, Marino Crocco joined the staff in New Haven in 2011.

Also a foreign language teacher at Fair Haven school in New Haven, Marino graduated from SCSU in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian and Spanish and earned a Master's Degree in Education from New Haven in 2013.

Crocco also has additional coaching experience, which he continues today, with the Everson Soccer Academy in Wallingford, Conn. and with the Guildford U-15 girls premier team, where he serves as head coach.

As a member of the Owls, Crocco was a part of two Northeast-10 Conference Championship teams (2007, 2008) and participated in the NCAA Tournament in each of his four seasons.

A 2006 graduate from North Haven High School, Crocco currently resides in North Haven.
