Giuliana D’Arcangelo joined the New Haven athletic communications staff as a graduate assistant in January 2019. She currently serves as the primary contact of the Chargers women’s soccer and nationally ranked women’s lacrosse teams, assists with the design and creation of graphics for digital and print material, as well as the coordination or the athletic department’s social media accounts.
A former softball student-athlete at Southern Connecticut State, D’Arcangelo was a two-time All-NE10 selection for the Owls, appearing and starting in 146 games in her career. She posted a career-high .317 batting average as a senior in 2017 and led the team in hits as a junior and senior. She was a multi-time selection to the NE10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
D’Arcangelo served as a marketing intern in the summer of 2019 for The Siemon Company and previously worked in graphic design/print production for the Minuteman Press of Shelton.
D’Arcangelo earned her bachelor’s from Southern Connecticut State in May 2017 in studio art with a concentration in graphic design. She is currently pursuing her MBA at New Haven.
