- Led the team in rushing attempts with 71, accumulating 296 yards.
- Achieved a season-high 110 rushing yards against WestConn on October 11, including a 42-yard rush.
- Recorded 17 receptions for a total of 130 receiving yards, scoring one receiving touchdown.
- Had a notable performance against WestConn with 14 receiving yards and a touchdown.
- Completed 6 kick returns for 86 yards, with a longest return of 28 yards against LIU on October 25.

2023 (Valparasio University): 
  - Played in all 11 games
  - Had six receptions for 29 yards plus 43 carries for 143 yards
  - Had a season-high 37 rushing yards on Oct. 7 at Drake
  - Had his first collegiate touchdown with a reception on Oct. 21 at Davidson

  - Four-year varsity letter winner
  - 2A Metro Second Team Running Back, 2A Metro Offensive Utility Player of the Year
  - Had a big game during his junior year against Freedom with six rushes for 162 yards while rushing for three touchdowns to go along with four catches for 44 receiving yards and one score
  - Competed in track & field as a junior
  - 2022 football team captain
  - Member of every year in high school

  - Son of Shawana Wilson-Thomas and Kenneth Thomas
  - Has two brothers, Isaiah Williams and Elijah Thomas
  - Mother competed in track & field at North Carolina State in 1999
  - Brother Isaiah played football at Norwich in 2018 and 2019
