Haylee Hayward begins her second season with the Chargers in 2022-23 after making her debut in the coaching ranks with her appointment as a graduate assistant coach with the Chargers for the 2020-21 campaign.

Hayward, who is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at New Haven, is a 2020 graduate of the sport management program at Slippery Rock University where she was named the Sport Management Student of the year all four years. She was received a Volunteer of the Year honor as a junior.

During her undergraduate years at Slippery Rock, the Osceola Mills, Pa. native completed internships at the University of North Carolina in Athletic Administration, at Saint Francis (Pa.) in compliance and at Penn State in event management.
