Nikita Reddy enters her first season as an assistant coach for New Haven women's basketball after a three-year career playing for the Chargers. Reddy will assist in all aspects of coaching, including on-court instruction, scouting and recruiting.

The lone senior and a tri-captain for the Chargers in 2012-13, Reddy scored 288 points in her three seasons of action. She knocked down 69 three-pointers in 61 career games played for the Blue and Gold. Reddy was a seven-time member of the University of New Haven Dean's List and earned Northeast-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll accolades in every semester of her undergraduate career.

Reddy graduated from the University in May of 2013 with a degree in the Management of Sports Industries. She is currently pursuing an MBA at New Haven with a concentration in Accounting.
