Nordia Henry begins her first season with the Chargers in 2012, after spending the previous two seasons at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. She will assist in all aspects of coaching.

Prior to beginning her collegiate coaching career in 2010, Henry played two seasons professionally in Portugal and the Czech Republic. In Portugal she was named to the All-Portuguese Third Team and made the All-Star Team after leading the league in rebounding. Henry played her collegiate career at Wilmington University (Delaware) where she was the first and only player to score 1,000 points and grab 1,000 rebounds. She was also a three-time All-Conference selection and a team captain for the Wildcats.
