2023-24: Made an appearance in all 27 games, making a pair of starts … Closed out the season averaging 5.0 points and 1.9 rebounds per game … Also added 18 assists and 14 steals on the year … Her two starts came in back-to-back games to open NE10 play against Bentley (Nov. 15) and Pace (Nov. 21) … Closed out four games with double figures in the scoring column, setting her high as a Charger in the second game of the season against Goldey-Beacom (Nov. 11) with 14 points … Finished that game shooting 5-of-14 from the field including ga pair of three pointers and pulled down four boards … Scored 11 points in her first start of the season, while matching her career-high with six rebounds, against Bentley … Also scored 11 points against Georgian Court (Dec. 17) and put up a dozen on the road at Saint Michael’s (Jan. 3) … Earned Academic Honors accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll following the Fall 2023 semester.

Before New Haven: Transferred to New Haven after playing two seasons at the University of Hartford where she played in 54 games, including starting 26 games last season … Averaged 4.8 points over her two years with the Hawks, including 8.3 points per game last season … Also added 2.5 rebounds per game, 23 assists and 20 steals in 2022-23.  

High School: Played four seasons of varsity basketball, including serving as team captain as a senior, for the Bruins of Baldwin High School … Received All-County Honorable Mention following 2019-20 season after helping lead her team to the NYSPHSAASVIII Girls Basketball Class AA Championship … Received the Most Improved Ward following the 2018-19 campaign … Named MVP of the Elmont Classic Tournament in 2019 … Helped lead her the Bruins to the Class AA Championship in 2018-19 … Averaged 10.0 points per game as a junior and 11.0 points and 4.0 assists per game as a senior.

Personal: Daughter of Clinton and Erica Dowding … Has one younger brother, Navaeh … Majoring in political science.
