2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all six meets, finishing as the top runner for the Chargers in all six … Saw her best time on a 5K course come in the second meet of the year, the UMass Dartmouth Invitational with a time of 19:47.4 … Opened up the season with a top-10 finish at the Wesleyan Cardinal Invitational, closing out the 5K course in a time of 20:46.1 … Finished 27th overall at the NE10 Championship with a time of 24:26.7 … Shaved four seconds off of that time to lead the team at the NCAA Division II East Regionals, finishing just shy of the top-50 with a personal best time of 24:22.3 on a 6K course.

CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all six meets during her rookie cross country season, finishing among the scorers in all six … Saw her best finish of the season come at the Adelphi Short Course meet, finishing 41st in the scoring, among 138 total runners, finishing fourth among her teammates with a time of 21:55.7, a personal best for her rookie season … Finished third among her team at three different meets, the Wesleyan Cardinal Invitational, the New England Championships and the NE10 Championships … Also finished among the scorers, fifth for her team, at her first ever NCAA East Regional. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in five meets during her rookie indoor season, including qualifying for the NE10 Championships in the 5,000-meter run where she finished just outside of the scoring with a time of 20:55.03 finishing ninth overall … Was also a member of the fourth-place finishing 4x800-meter relay at the NE10 Championships … Took home title honors with a first place finish in the 3,000-meter run at The William Sutherland Invitational with a time of 12:19.80 … Opened up her rookie indoor season with a second place finish as part of the distance medley relay and a third place finish in the mile run at the Art Kadish Elm City Challenge. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season, primarily in the 1,500-meter run but also testing out the mile and 800-meter events … In the 1,500 opened up the outdoor season with a personal best time of 5:14.17 at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge … Followed that up with a ninth place finish in the mile run a week later at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational, also in Myrtle Beach … Was part of a runner-up finish in the 4x800-meter relay at the Silfen Invitational, while finishing fourth overall individually in the 1,500-meter run at the Jay Carisella Invitational … Qualified for the 1,500 at the NE10 Championships, closing out the event 13th overall.
