Ariana Parker completed her sixth season with the Chargers in 2020, and fourth season as an assistant coach. Parker served as the graduate assistant coach in 2015 and 2016 while she was pursuing her Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology. A highly-decorated student-athlete at the University at Albany, Parker brings a wealth of lacrosse knowledge to the Chargers' coaching staff.
A four-year starter for the Great Danes, Parker concluded her career at Albany as the all-time leader in games played and starts. At the time of her graduation, she also ranked third all-time in points, goals and caused turnovers, while ranking fifth in ground balls. She was named to the America East All-Conference First Team as well as the IWLCA All-Northeast Region First Team twice during her collegiate career.
In 2011, the Port Ewen, N.Y. native was invited to tryout for the U.S. National Team after earning National Rookie of the Week honors by womenslax.com.
