Ben Weiss is in his third season at New Haven in 2014. Weiss has garnered nearly a decade of coaching experience at the collegiate, scholastic and club levels.
 
Weiss is the Assistant Director of Coaching for Travel in Wilton, Conn. In addition, he also is the administrative Director and Southwest Director of Coaching for CT Roma FC. He was previously the Assistant and Goalkeeper Coach at Immaculate High School in Danbury during which time the girl’s varsity program won three state championships. Ben holds an NSCAA Premier Diploma, NSCAA GK3 Diploma as well as the NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma.
 
As a student-athlete, Weiss was a member of the 2006 ODAC Champions at Lynchburg College (Va.). He played scholastically at Joel Barlow High School in Redding, Conn., winning a CIAC Class ‘M’ State Championship in 2001.
 
Weiss resides in Redding, Conn. with his wife, Mimi, and son, Rowan.
