Natasha Purchla recently completed her second season in 2019 as a volunteer assistant, working with the Chargers’ goalkeepers.
Purchla appeared in 43 games over her four-year career with the Chargers from 2012-2015. At the start of the 2019 season, Purchla ranks as the program’s all-time leader with an .811 save percentage, is third with a 1.33 goals-against average, and is sixth with 232 career saves. Her 22 wins rank fourth in program history, and she also sits fifth in both shutouts (nine) and games played (43).
As a sophomore in 2015, she posted a 9-2-3 record to go with a 0.85 goals-against average and an .850 save percentage.
