Alyssa Konspore

Alyssa Konspore joined New Haven Sports Medicine in December of 2025. Holding a bachelor's degree in exercise science (2024) and a master's degree in athletic training (2025), Konspore brings a wealth of knowledge to the sports medicine staff.

Konspore brings plenty of experience working with student-athletes, as she most recently worked as a SIRC Athletic Training Student at Springfield College, beginning in January 2025. At Springfield College, she monitored athlete progress, reporting back to athletic trainers and medical staff, and monitored post-operation progress by tracking range of motion, pain levels, and overall recovery milestones. She also assisted in helping athletes recover from lower-body surgeries.

Prior to her time with Springfield College, Konspore served as an Athletic Training Student at the University of Delaware from August - November 2024., where she provided athletic training support for the football program. In addition, she assisted with injury prevention, taping, treatment, and rehabilitation to support athlete recovery and optimal performance.

Before getting involved at the University of Delaware, Konspore interned at Quinnipiac Physical Therapy in North Haven, Conn. from May - June 2024. While interning, she assisted physical therapists with administering rehabs to special populations, provided hands-on support to patients during exercises to ensure proper form and technique, and documented patient interactions and progress accurately in electronic and medical records.
