Coach Dickey comes to New Haven after time with the football program at Mt. San Jacinto College, where he earned an Associate's Degree in Kinesiology. Following time there, he spent three years as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach/Assistant Strength Coach at Liberty High School in Winchester, California.
Dickey spent last spring as the intern for University of Southern California Football sport performance.
Dickey owns a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from United States Sports University.
Donated weight room renovation to Heritage High School in Menifee, California, through the Make-A-Wish program, following surviving cardiac arrest as a 15-year-old.
