Emily DeAngelis

Emily DeAngelis joined the University of New Haven sports medicine staff in July 2024. She works primarily with rugby and the track and field program.

Previously, DeAngelis spent three years at Regis College working primarily with women's field hockey, men's and women's volleyball, women's basketball, and softball. Before Regis, she spent five years as a member of the athletic training staff at Bridgewater University, first as a graduate assistant before moving into a full-time role in December 2017. She provided athletic training services for football, men's wrestling, softball, swimming/diving, and tennis. 

DeAngelis earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Lasell in 2016 and her Master of Physical Education, concentrating in Strength and Conditioning, from Bridgewater State in 2017. At Lasell, she was a four-year member of the softball team.

DeAngelis is a certified athletic trainer and a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
