Kim Banner joined New Haven as its Head Equipment Manager in November 2019, bringing over 20 years of collegiate athletic experience to the University.
Most recently, Banner served as the head women’s soccer coach at Sacred Heart University from 2004-2018. Prior to being named head coach at SHU, she spent several years as the Pioneer’s assistant women’s soccer and women’s lacrosse coach. She also gained prior women’s soccer coaching experience at her alma mater, the University of Bridgeport, from 1997-1999.
Banner holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies from Bridgeport, and also earned her master’s in education from UB in 1997.
