Matt Reardon enters his first season with New Haven Football in 2026.

As the wide receivers graduate assistant, Reardon assists with the development and implementation of the offensive playbook by drawing pass concepts and formations for playbook installs. He also contributes to film operations through opponent and team breakdowns, while creating practice scripts and quarterback wristbands.

Prior to joining New Haven, Reardon coached jumpers and assisted with sprinters at Ursuline High School as part of the track and field program. He also worked as a personal trainer with Challenge Performance, specializing in speed, strength and agility training for middle and high school athletes. In that role, he focused on improving overall athletic performance, conditioning and movement mechanics.

Reardon holds a B.A. from Youngstown State University, earned in 2024, and an M.B.A., earned in 2025.
