Ghanim enters his sixth season and second as the Tight Ends Coach and Video Coordinator. Ghanim is responsible for recruiting Connecticut and Delaware.

Individually, Ghanim mentored Evan Chieca who was named Phil Steele Second Team All-NEC.

Prior to being named Tight Ends Coach, Ghanim served as the Assistant Offensive Line Coach. During that time, New Haven finished nationally third (2023) and first (2024) in tackles for loss allowed, ninth (2023) and second (2024) in sacks allowed, and 10th in rushing offense in 2024.

A native of Flemington, NJ., Ghanim played center at New Haven and graduated from New Haven with a degree in Sport Management in 2024 and a Master of Business Administration in 2025.
