University of New Haven Athletics

Shoneck enters his first year at New Haven as the Assistant Director of Competitive Sports in 2025-26.

Most recently, Shoneck was the Coordinator of Recreation and Club Sports at the University of Hartford. 

Prior to Hartford, Shoneck gained experience on the sidelines as a student manager for the University of Maine and Nichols College football programs. In 2018, Shoneck was part of the football team that captured the CAA championship. Shoneck also spent time as a graduate assistant at Nichols College, working with campus recreation. 

Shoneck holds a bachelor of science in business administration with a concentration on sport management (2022) and a master of business administration (2024) from Nichols College.
