After a strong 10-1 start to the year, the Chargers will look to dig out of their first true rut, having dropped each of their last three games.

- Â Â New Haven is 37-21 all-time against SNHU. The Penmen have won the matchup in each of the last two seasons by an average of 12 points. New Haven previously won five straight in the series from 2013-2017.
SCOUTING NEW HAVEN
-Â Â The Chargers are coming off a heartbreaking 59-57 defeat on Saturday at Assumption, falling on a long contested jumper from just inside the arc with 1.0 second remaining. On Wednesday, the Chargers had their 11-game home court winning streak snapped by Saint Anselm 58-50, after pulling within one point in the final minute.

Back on Jan. 14, the Chargers pulled off a 53-40 upset win over then-No. 19 Bentley at home.

-Â Â New Haven has received a significant contribution on the defensive side of the ball, ranking 8th nationally in scoring defense, allowing just 53.2 points per game. The Chargers also lead the conference and rank 12th nationally in FG% defense (.339) and rank third in the NE10, holding the opposition to just .284 percent from three-point range.

DEBOSE STEALING THE BALL
Camryn DeBose (Wellington, Fla./Wellington Community) notched a career-high six steals on Saturday at Assumption, surpassing her previous career-high of five which she had done on two previous occasions, most recently on Feb. 13, 2019 at Pace.

LOCKDOWN DEFENSE
The Chargers allowed a season-low 40 points to No. 19 Bentley on Jan. 14, marking the seventh time this season the team has held an opponent to under 50 points in a game - Bridgeport (42), Bloomfield (47), Le Moyne (49), Southern Connecticut (48), Saint Rose (48), Goldey-Beacom (43) and No. 19 Bentley (40). New Haven holds the NE10's best scoring defense (52.8).

CRASHING THE BOARDS
New Haven was outrebounded for the first time all season on Wednesday against Saint Anselm. They have outrebounded their opponents in 14 games this season, and drew even on three occasions against Pace, Stonehill and Assumption. New Haven's +7.1 rebounding margin is second in the NE10.
