Additionally, three of her seven goals came on free position attempts while she was 7-of-7 in shots on goal and took nine total shots on the day.

Overall, Schenck was one of four Chargers to rattle the cage on Saturday with junior midfielder Gianna Caprioli (Clinton Corners, N.Y./Franklin Delano Roosevelt) the only other to finish with multiple goals as she placed to in the back of the net. Sophomore Attack Caitlin Seleny (Derry, N.H./Pinkerton) followed Schenk with three points on the day as she net one goal and led the team with two of the three total assists on the afternoon. Rounding out the scoring for New Haven was Kyra Sparks (Jefferson, N.J./Jefferson Township).

Senior netminder Gabby Buscemi (East Patchogue, N.Y./Patchogue-Medford) played the full 60 minutes between the pipes, finishing the game with five saves while her counterpart for the Hawks, Elizabeth Driscoll, stopped nine shots.
