The regions top doubles pair of Valentinna Ferrarini (Caxias do Sul, Brazil) and Karim Carreras (Asuncion, Paraguay/Colegio Bautista de Villa Morra) continued their dominance from the weekend with a 6-1 decision top open up doubles play with a victory. The Chargers would go on to win all three doubles matches with Risako Umekuni (Saitama, Japan/Shumei Eiko) and Victoria Togores (Canary Islands, Spain/Colegio Hispano Ingles) earning a 6-2 decision at No. 2 doubles, while Laura Ortner (Schlierbach, Austria/BRG Kirchdorf) and Leni Bischof (Aigen, Austria/BRG Stainach) completed the sweep with a7-5 win at No. 3 doubles.
