CHICAGO, Ill. – New Haven Men's Soccer played its final road match of the 2025 season in the Windy City on Thursday night. The Blue & Gold and Cougars of Chicago State played to a scoreless draw.

Luke Fiscella (New Fairfield, Conn./New Fairfield) and Guilherme Meira (Alfredo Chaves, Brazil/Clotilde Rato) each had one shot on goal, the only two New Haven could register in the match.

Coming off the bench, Andrew Buchanan (Dunfermline/Nord Østerdal VGS) had a pair of shots, neither on target.

Alessandro Bizzini (Imola Bologna, Italy/Liceo Scientifico Valeriani) finished with three saves, bringing his season total to 50.

New Haven wraps up its season on Sunday, Nov. 9, as it hosts the Lakers of Mercyhurst University. Opening kickoff is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. from Kathy Zolad Stadium.
